Today I read Psalms 51-54 aloud and “Discoverering Community”.
Today I will try to be actively aware of God’s blessings and give him glory for each. I do this with the intentions of praising him and rembering that His will is to be done by His strength wether He acts directly or through his people.
Lord thank you for your plans, I do not know what they are, but I thank you for them. Thank you for your great church. Thank you for my church. Thank you for creating us.

The bracelet is on my right wrist where it was all day yesterday. I have made it for one entire day! (I started two weeks ago).
I began the morning reading Luke 14: 7-24. Humility is such a humbling thing. It is difficult to study humility because we immediately begin to focus on our good points, at least I often do. And then I hear Jesus say, verse 11, “For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” Thank you God for your reminders.
Lord, today promises to be a busy day. Help me to remember that above all busy-ness your people are far more important. Reveal yourself to Bart today, show him the extravagence of your blessings. Show Kevin how much you love him and his family. Give Jay strength and encouragement as he goes about balancing his two responsibilities within the conference. Give Calvin a peace that passes all understanding.

LORD THANK YOU FOR THE THINGS YOU DO EVERY DAY IN OUR LIVES TO HELP US AND OUR FAMILYS AND THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR KINDNESS AS YOU LOOK ON US AND GUIDE EACH AND EVERYONE OF US THROUGH OUR DAYS AND LET EACH OF US BE A BLESSING IN SOMEONES LIFE TODAY
Today I read 2 Chronicles 1-7 and E.S. Jones’ Word Became Flesh. It has been very nice to have a true day off. It has been a blessing.
I pray that God’s presence is more real to each of you today than it was yesterday.
